Old Cutters is a serene neighborhood close to Hailey city center but also nestled next to BLM mountain land. The subdivision is a family oriented community with an “Old Hailey” feel.  It’s a community where children can walk next door to play with friends, families can enjoy picnics at the five acre park, hiking trailheads are easily accessed, and residences can benefit from living in an environmentally conscious community.  The Old Cutters neighborhood is becoming all we envisioned and we encourage you to learn more about our Hailey gem!

History of Old Cutters
Holding on to Tradition...

The Old Cutters subdivision is built on land that formerly housed the Cutter's equestrian barn. Many national champion cutting horses lived and trained on the Cutters property in Hailey.. A cutting horse is one who is trained to "cut" a young calf out of a herd for branding.

The streets and cottage lots in the Old Cutters subdivision are named after famous nationally ranked Cutting horses.
